This is a really excellent example of a washed coffee (if we do say so ourselves). Bright, clean, juicy, and full of character. 

ABOUT THE GOOD PERSON ON THE BAG:

This coffee is named after Prue. Prue is an extremely talented artist, both on-skin and off (she does tattoos). Beyond tattooing, Prue is an extremely loving and generous person. She is a beacon of warmth and will leave an imprint of kindness on you. She, like this coffee, is full of character.

THE GOOD PEOPLE BEHIND THE COFFEE:

Finca Aurora Machaca was established in 2011 by Jhony Machaca. With 3.5 hectares
of land planted with coffee on the nine-hectare farm, Machaca cultivates 4,000 Red
Catuai trees, harvests manually from June to September, and dries most offerings
naturally on raised beds.
